All three tiers share the same routes and clients — there are no dedicated lines reserved for the top tier, and the only difference is monthly traffic. If you do not use it all, you can drop to a lower tier next cycle instead of renewing at the top tier indefinitely.
You can upgrade between tiers at any time. The difference is prorated by remaining days — pay the difference and it applies right away, with no need to buy a full month again or wait for the next cycle.
If you are unsure which tier to pick, estimate from your everyday usage and upgrade mid-month if the allowance runs short — that works out cheaper than buying the largest tier up front. Traffic resets monthly on your activation date rather than by calendar month, so whichever day you activate, the cycle starts from that day.
