Services and Scope
VPNMK provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service that gives users link support for reaching international websites and overseas services over international routes. Coverage currently spans 120+ countries and 240+ routes. Routes fall into dedicated, relay and direct-connect types, each differing in bandwidth performance and best-fit scenarios; the routes available to you are the ones listed in your user panel.
Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscription details and clients are both obtained in the user panel and require signing in to download. The service is subscription-based: use it through a monthly subscription or a data pack, with no one-time lifetime purchase.
Account and Subscription Usage Rules
No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough. Accounts are for the registered user only, so keep your username, password and subscription link safe. A subscription link works as an account credential; if it is exposed, reset it in the user panel right away.
A single subscription has no device limit and can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux devices at the same time. The following are outside the scope of authorization:
- Reselling, renting or lending accounts or subscription links, or handing them to third-party organizations for bulk use;
- Building a redistribution or proxy resale service for others on top of this service;
- Using automated scripts to register accounts in bulk, or bypassing billing, speed limits or concurrency limits.
Where any of the above occurs, the service may rate-limit, suspend or terminate the accounts involved.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws that apply to them and are responsible for how they use the service. The service is for lawful cross-border access and network acceleration only. It must not be used to intrude on or disrupt other people's networks or systems, distribute malware, send spam, infringe privacy or intellectual property, commit fraud, or take part in any other illegal activity.
Port scanning, stress testing, attacking or probing the service itself is also prohibited, as is any attempt to obtain unauthorized data or permissions. Users bear legal responsibility for their own misuse of the service. Where a competent authority makes a lawful request, the service may cooperate and terminate the accounts concerned.
Billing and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets each month on your activation date; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. They are used until they run out and never expire. Payment methods: Alipay, WeChat and USDT.
Service Availability and Liability
The service continually adds routes and carries out maintenance, but does not promise any particular level of availability, latency or speed at any given moment. Cross-border links are affected by many factors, including the user's local network, their ISP, international gateways and the policies of the destination service. Individual routes may fluctuate at certain times; the service adjusts route configurations to restore connectivity.
Where an outage is caused by force majeure, an upstream link failure, policy changes or other causes beyond the service's control, the service will restore normal operation as soon as reasonably possible but is not liable for indirect losses arising from it. The content and availability of third-party services that users access are decided by their own operators.
Account Termination and Term Changes
Users may stop using the service at any time; if you do not renew, the subscription simply ends when it expires. The service may suspend or terminate accounts in cases such as misuse, account sharing, non-payment or abnormal concurrency.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Updated terms are published on this page with the month of the last update and take effect on the date of publication. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the service.
